With White Label

Your brand, your domain - professional and consistent

What's Included

Custom Sending Domain

Emails come FROM your domain (e.g., notifications@yourcompany.com) instead of notifications@fieldpad.app.

FieldPad Branding Removed

No more "Powered by FieldPad" footer in emails. Your brand stands alone.

Reputation Isolation

Your domain's email reputation is separate from other customers. Your sending behavior only affects you.

Self-Service Setup

Configure everything yourself through the settings page. No tickets or waiting for admin help.

How to Set Up Your Custom Domain

Follow these steps to start sending emails from your own domain.

1

Go to Email Settings

Navigate to Settings → Email in your organization admin panel. You'll see a "Custom Sending Domain" section if your plan includes White Label.

2

Enter Your Domain Details

Enter your domain (e.g., yourcompany.com), a display name, and the email address you want to send from (e.g., notifications@yourcompany.com).

3

Add DNS Records

After clicking "Setup Domain", you'll receive 3 CNAME records to add to your domain's DNS settings. These are typically managed in your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap) or DNS provider (Cloudflare, Route53).

Example CNAME Record:

Type: CNAME

Name: abc123._domainkey.yourcompany.com

Value: abc123.dkim.amazonses.com

4

Verify Your Domain

After adding the DNS records, click "Check Verification Status". DNS propagation typically takes 5-60 minutes. Once verified, your emails will automatically start coming from your domain.

5

You're Done!

All notification emails (permits, violations, reports) will now show your domain as the sender. Recipients see your brand, not FieldPad.

While You Wait

While DNS verification is in progress (or if you haven't set up a custom domain yet), you can use the Reply-To Address feature. This lets recipients reply directly to your email, even though the email comes from FieldPad's domain.
